Abstract

A new and distinct Clematis cultivar named ‘Misty’ is disclosed, characterized by short, very compact plant growth and a long flowering period. Flowers are distinctively light Violet-Blue in color. The new cultivar is a Clematis , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
