A new cultivar of hybrid Clematis plant, ‘Manju’, characterized by its double flowers that are uniquely shaped with star-shaped outer tepals and a rounded mass of tepaloids in the center, its flowers that are white and greenish white in color, and its floriferous blooming habit with numerous flowers.
