A new cultivar of hybrid Clematis plant named ‘EviGsy151’ that is characterized by its large sized flowers, its vibrant purple-blue flowers with a vertical pink central band on the tepals, and vibrant red anthers, its compact plant habit, its very floriferous blooming habit, its good vigor with ease of growth, its good suitability for growing in gardens and containers.
