A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named ‘Zanmuroar’, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and uniformly spherical plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely branching habit; dense and full plant habit; early and freely flowering habit; long flowering period; decorative-type inflorescences with ray florets that are dark red in color; and good garden performance.
