A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named ‘Yoplay’, characterized by its upright cut Chrysanthemum that is usually grown as a natural spray; dark green-colored foliage; freely flowering habit; uniform inflorescence form and development; large daisy-type inflorescences; light purple-colored ray florets; response time about 9.5 weeks; strong peduncles; and good postproduction longevity.
