A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named ‘Malmo Yellow’, characterized by its uniform, upright, outwardly spreading and rounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and full plant habit; uniform and freely flowering habit; large decorative-type inflorescences with yellow orange-colored ray florets that become yellow with development; and excellent garden performance.
