A chrysanthemum plant named Illini Windmill characterized by its flat capitulum form and single anemone capitulum type, white ray florets and yellow-green to bright yellow disc florets, 60-70 mm. across face of capitulum, short and compact growth and semi-upright branching patterns, excellent flower form and color, and by its long shelf life.

I claim: 1. A new and distinct cultivar of chrysanthemum plant named Illini Windmill, as described and illustrated, and particularly characterized by its flat capitulum form and single anemone capitulum type, white ray florets and yellow-green to bright yellow disc florets, 60-70 mm. across face of capitulum, short and compact growth and semi-upright branching patterns, excellent flower form and color, and by its long shelf life.
