A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named ‘Alicante Surfer’, characterized by its uniform, upright, broadly spreading and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and full plant habit; early, uniform and freely flowering habit; relatively small decorative-type inflorescences with pure white-colored ray florets; and good garden performance.
