A new cultivar of Chelone named ‘Armtipp02’, characterized by its sturdy stems that are held upright, its large flowers that are dark pink in color, its foliage that is dark green and matures to a blend of dark green and black, and its numerous flowers per stem with blooms commencing early in the season.
