Abstract

A new and distinct variety of Cercis plant named ‘RNI-RCC3’ is disclosed, characterized by distinctive, dark purple foliage that retains its color in heat. Plants are very straight and upright, with exceptional vigor. The new variety is a Cercis , normally used for outdoor ornamental purposes.
