Abstract

A new cultivar of Catharanthus named ‘SAKURAI 01’ that is characterized by sterility, upright habit, dark-green foliage, pale green stems, and profuse red-purple flowers. In combination these traits set ‘SAKURAI 01’ apart from all other existing varieties of Catharanthus known to the inventor.
