A new and distinct cultivar of Carnation plant named ‘Sunflor Surprise’, characterized by its purple-colored flowers; upright and mounded plant habit; good basal branching with about 10 lateral branches developing after pinching; dark green leaves; fragrant flowers, and good postproduction longevity.
