Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Campsis plant named ‘MINCAMROUG13’ is disclosed, characterized by red colored flowers of medium size. Plants have a vigorous climbing habit. Foliage is dark green, turning a distinct dark greyed-purple in the Fall. The new variety is a Campsis , normally produced as an outdoor garden plant.
