A new distinct cultivar of Campanula plant named ‘WHITE ROYAL’ characteristics by it's upright and compact plant habit with a dense and bushy plant form; vigorous growth rate and no need for chemical growth retardation; many uniform and white flowers and dark green leaves; and good flower longevity on plant.
