A new and distinct cultivar of Campanula plant named ‘CBO 1’, characterized by its upright to spreading plant habit; dense and bushy plant form, mainly due to less upright stems; vigorous growth habit; no need for vernalization for flower induction; shorter cultivation period; and single, violet colored bell-shaped flowers.
