A new cultivar of Camellia sasanqua named ‘Green 99-031’, characterized by its dense, upright plant habit, its large deep pink double flowers (formal form) that are essentially sterile, its vigorous growth habit, its dark green foliage, and its good resistance to Phytophora sp. and Glomerella.
