A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘Wescamagno’, characterized by its cascading and vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; relatively small leaves; medium-sized flowers; and numerous pink-colored flowers with a red purple-colored circumorbital ring.
