A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘Duehulhop’, characterized by its compact, semi-upright and outwardly spreading to trailing and decumbent plant habit; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; large light red purple-colored flowers with dark purple-colored centers and venation; and good garden performance.
