A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘Docalraipipep’, characterized by its outwardly spreading, trailing and decumbent plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; large flowers with yellow and pink-colored petals with yellow and dark purple-colored centers; and good container and garden performance.
