A new and distinct Calibrachoa cultivar named ‘CCZRE07-0’ is disclosed, characterized by large flower size and distinctive bright red flower color. Plants are characteristically dense and low mounding. The new variety is a Calibrachoa , normally produced as an ornamental outdoor garden or container plant.
