Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘Balconginar’, characterized by its medium reddish-purple colored flowers having a darker reddish-purple colored center with a central yellow-colored star pattern, medium green-colored foliage, moderately vigorous, and compact growth habit, is disclosed.
