A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘Balcabooni’, characterized by red-purple colored flowers having a black-colored center with an irregular central yellow-colored star pattern; medium green-colored foliage, and moderately vigorous, mounded-trailing growth habit, is disclosed.
