A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘Balcabmiss’, characterized by its medium purple and dark greyish-purple colored flowers having a yellow coloration forming a central star pattern, medium green-colored foliage, and moderately vigorous, mounded-trailing growth habit, is disclosed.
