Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Caladium plant named ‘UF-15-23’, characterized by its very compact growth habit; multiple lance or strap-type leaves that have a creamy background color, slightly ruffled dark green leaf margins, numerous colorful red-purple spots across the leaf blade; blooms with red-purple spots or blotches; moderate resistance to Fusarium tuber rot caused by Fusarium solani , and suitability for producing pot plants in small containers (4 inches in diameter) from No. 1-sized tubers without tuber de-eyeing.
