A new and distinct cultivar of Caladium plant named ‘Puppy Love’, characterized by its compact, upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; vigorous growth habit; lance-type leaves that are rose red in color with rose red-colored venation and green to whitish green-colored margins; and good landscape performance.
