A new and distinct cultivar of Buxus plant named ‘NSBBL’ is disclosed, characterized by large, round leaves maintaining deep green color throughout winter. Plants are very cold hardy with round, compact habits. The new cultivar is a Buxus , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
