A new cultivar of Buxus plant named ‘HER2009B03’ that is characterized by its upright plant habit, its fast growth habit, its leaves that are obovate in shape and medium light green in color, its suitability for use as tall hedges and for shearing into topiary towers, and its resistance to Calonectria pseudonaviculata (box blight).
