A new cultivar of Buddleja plant named ‘Botex 013’ that is characterized by its very compact, dense, and neat and naturally overall rounded plant shape plant habit, its flowers that are white with orange centers in color, its suitability for growing in small containers, and its quick flowering with a very floriferous blooming habit.
