A new cultivar of Buddleja plant named ‘Botex 012’ that is characterized by its very compact, dense, and a neat and naturally rounded plant habit, its flowers that are violet-blue in color, its suitability for growing in small containers, and its k flowering with a very floriferous blooming habit.
