A new cultivar of Buddleja plant named ‘Botex 009’ that is characterized by its very compact and dense plant habit with suitability for growing in small containers, its flowers that are fuchsia pink in color, its quick finishing; rooting within 8 weeks from a plug and quick to flower, and its neat and naturally overall rounded plant shape.
