A new and distinct cultivar of Brunnera plant named ‘Balfrosmic’, characterized by its medium blue-colored flowers with a small white “eye”, silvery-colored foliage with light green venation and yellow green colored margins, vigorous, semi-upright growth habit, is disclosed.
