A new and distinct cultivar of Brunnera plant named ‘Balbrufline’, characterized by its medium blue-colored flowers with a small white “eye”, silvery-colored foliage with dark green venation and bright yellow-green colored margins, and moderately vigorous, mounded growth habit, is disclosed.
