A new and distinct cultivar of Bouvardia plant named ‘WNBVESRED24’ is disclosed, characterized by abundant, vivid, scarlet-red flowers. Plants are compact with good branching and habit. Good in-ground landscape performance with no lodging. The new cultivar is a Bouvardia , typically produced as an ornamental plant.
