A new and distinct cultivar of Bougainvillea plant cultivar named ‘Vista4’ is disclosed, characterized by foliage variegated dark green and yellow-green. Plants are compact and very floriferous. The new variety is a Bougainvillea , typically produced as an ornamental plant.
