A new and distinct Bougainvillea spectabilis cultivar named ‘RIJNBO710’ is disclosed, characterized by strong, long-lasting purple flowers and a compact plant shape. The new variety is a Bougainvillea spectabilis , and naturally blooms continuously from Spring through Fall.
