A new and distinct cultivar of Bidens plant named ‘INBIDCAMEM’, characterized by its compact, upright to outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy plant form; freely flowering habit; long flowering period; and single-type inflorescences with orange red and bright yellow bi-colored ray florets.
