A new cultivar of Bidens plant named ‘FSK17S12’ that is characterized by its medium sized inflorescences, its inflorescences with ray floret colors that are bronze-yellow with yellow markings towards the base of the ray florets, its moderately vigorous plant habit, its moderately vigorous plant habit, and its mounding to semi-trailing plant habit.
