A new distinct cultivar of Bidens plant named ‘DANYEL9’, characterized by its compact, ball-shaped (mounded) growth habit; freely branching habit with lateral flowering branches forming at every node; green in color, tripinnated leaves; high floriferous rate with large, eight petalled yellow flowers; and good resistance to pest and diseases.
