A new and distinct cultivar of Begonia plant named ‘KRILORW01’ characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely flowering habit; double type flowers that are red and light green to white in color and held above and beyond the foliar plane; and excellent postproduction longevity.
