A new and distinct cultivar of Begonia plant named ‘Dobegicpocit’, characterized by its upright to spreading and mounded and relatively compact plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely basal branching habit; dark greyed green-colored leaves; freely and continuously flowering habit; and large double and single flowers that are light yellow in color.
