Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Begonia plant named ‘Dobeciupblu’, characterized by its relatively compact, semi-upright and mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; strong branching habit; dark brownish green-colored leaves; freely and continuously flowering habit; and medium-sized double-type flowers with petals that are pale yellow in color with dark pink-colored edges and petaloids that are light yellowish pink in color.
