A new and distinct cultivar of begonia known by the cultivar name Connie, as described and illustrated, and particularly characterized by its double rose-red flowers which are up to 5 cm. in diameter; medium size dark green glabrous leaves; upright and compact growth habit; ease of propagation; excellent and continuous flowering year round, and excellent keeping qualities.
