A new and distinct Begonia rex cultorum cultivar named ‘BRXPE11’ is disclosed, characterized by bright foliage with a metallic sheet, and vigorous year round growth, including during the dark winter months. The new variety is a Begonia , and is normally used as an ornamental plant.
