A new and distinct cultivar of Begonia plant named ‘BKPBEEEBP’, characterized by its broadly upright to outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; freely basal branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; uniform and freely flowering habit; and semi-double to fully double flowers with tepals and tepaloids that are bright red purple in color.
