A new and distinct cultivar of Begonia plant named ‘Bkpbechl’, characterized by its broadly upright to outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; sturdy plants with freely basal branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; uniform and freely flowering habit; and single-type female flowers and fully double male flowers that are light red in color.
