Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Baptisia plant named ‘PIIBAP-06-21’, characterised by rich indigo flowers that are held upright and contrast exquisitely with the yellowish green foliage. There are no other cultivated Baptisia exhibiting these characteristics known to the invention.
