A new and distinct Azalea cultivar named ‘ROBLEV’ is disclosed, characterized by distinctive solid white flowers. Plants are, globular, very compact and bloom throughout Spring, Summer and Fall. The new cultivar is a Azalea , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
