Abstract
A new and distinct variety of azalea found as a seedling in a planned cross between the female azalea `White Gumpo` and the male Rhododendron oldhamii `Fourth of July`. The new variety possesses a unique blooming time and is superior in development of a dense, globose shaped plant with attrative single pink flowers.
