A new and distinct cultivar of Astilbe plant named ‘Youandme Forever’, characterized by its broadly upright and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; dense and bushy appearance; dark green-colored leaves; freely and uniformly flowering habit; purplish red-colored flowers on strong, tall and upright peduncles; and good container and garden performance.
