A new and distinct cultivar of Aster plant named ‘Yomarie the Third’, characterized by its uniform, upright and mounded plant habit; freely branching growth habit; dark green-colored foliage; uniform and freely flowering habit; natural flowering season mid-September in the northern hemisphere; decorative-type inflorescences with purple-colored ray florets; and good garden performance.
